In the summer of 2008, a group of business and community leaders came together with the common goal of improving public education in Upper Kittitas County. All agreed that private investment was crucial to the success of our public school system.
The result was the formation of the Education Foundation for Cle Elum-Roslyn, which, Superintendent Mark Flatau says, “sends a message—strong and clear—that we in Upper Kittitas County value great educators and outstanding students.”
The Education Foundation for Cle Elum-Roslyn is a charitable non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing quality education for students in the Cle Elum-Roslyn School District. To accomplish this mission, the Foundation secures funds and resources to actively contribute to public education in our community. As a non-profit organization, the Foundation depends on individual and corporate donations and volunteers to fund its school programs.
